Pricing without the ERP tax

Pricing your CFO can approve. Accuracy your operators can trust.

Sorbetto pricing is scoped after we understand your data, workflows, and launch path. No public menu of bloated tiers. No enterprise bundle before you need one. Just a practical path from spreadsheet cleanup to a system your team can actually run.

01 Clean data first

Pricing accounts for the real work: master data, open transactions, locations, vendors, BOMs, and history worth carrying forward.

02 Core workflows included

Purchasing, receiving, inventory, builds, adjustments, AP, and reporting are treated as one operating system.

03 Add-ons stay optional

Slack actions, custom reports, unusual imports, and workflow extensions are scoped only when they create value.

The tradeoff

Lower commitment should not mean
weaker operations.

The goal is not to be the cheapest spreadsheet replacement. It is to give growing product brands the operating accuracy they expect from heavier systems, without forcing a heavy ERP contract, implementation project, or internal admin burden too early.

Cost expectation Right-sized before enterprise-sized.

How we scope it

A better pricing conversation starts with the operation.

Data collection depth
Which master data and historical records matter: items, vendors, locations, BOMs, open POs, starting inventory, bills, payments, and selected history.
Workflow footprint
The number of operating flows that need to be live on day one: purchasing, receipts, builds, transfers, adjustments, shipments, AP, reporting, or other controls.
Reporting expectations
The level of inventory valuation, COGS, cash forecast, AP aging, operational dashboards, and month-end outputs your team needs.
Optional Slack connectivity
The Slack add-on is scoped by enabled actions and expected usage, so teams can work from where they already are without turning every workflow into a custom project.
Ongoing support model
After launch, we align on what maintenance, workflow changes, reporting tweaks, and operator support should look like for your team.
Optional add-on

Slack connectivity can be priced around actual usage.

Slack lets operators trigger Sorbetto actions without opening another screen. Sorbetto asks for missing details, performs the task, and confirms the result in the same thread.

Trigger actions directly. Start a PO lookup, receipt, inventory adjustment, or other scoped workflow from Slack.
Control the scope. Enable the actions that matter first, then expand once the team sees where it saves time.
Measure usage by tenant. Slack actions can be counted so pricing can follow real activity instead of vague automation promises.
